Do attendees need to install an app?
No. Attendees receive their QR pass by email and simply show it on their phone, or print it if they prefer.
What do I need to scan QR codes at the door?
Any smartphone or tablet with a camera works. For high-volume entrances you can also connect a USB or handheld barcode scanner.
Can I import a guest list I already have?
Yes. Import your existing list and AttendeeQR will generate a unique QR pass for every guest. You can also add walk-ins on the day.
What happens if someone tries to use the same QR code twice?
Each pass is unique and is marked as used once scanned. A second scan is flagged straight away so staff can respond.
Can several staff members check people in at the same time?
Yes. Multiple entrances and devices can scan simultaneously, and the dashboard combines them in real time.
